THIS MONTH AT ASQ SECTION 1509

Topic

Topic: "Building a High Performance Spirited Team using the Team Spirit Methodology"

The Team Spirit Spiral: A model for facilitating spirited, high performing teams:

In the Team Spirit Certification you will learn to facilitate extraordinary teams within five essential, interrelated phases: Initiating, Visioning, Claiming, Celebrating, and Letting Go, and a sixth integrating phase, Service. In the Team Spirit Certification you will become competent to assist teams in their discovery of the significance of these phases, directly connecting with each of them through a moving, experiential process.

In phase one, Initiating, You will facilitate teams to enhance their capacity to develop reinforcing and trusting relationships.
In phase two, Visioning, You will empower teams to powerfully create their future.
In phase three, Claiming, You will support teams to clarify goals and roles and to take responsibility to achieve those goals.
In phase four, Celebrating, You will facilitate teams to fully acknowledge and celebrate their work together.
In phase five, Letting Go, You will help teams to communicate with authenticity and forthrightness, especially when confronted with disappointments, frustrations, or conflicts.
In the sixth integrating phase, Service, You will assist teams to fully contribute to colleagues and customers.
