Biehl is a consultant and trainer with Data-Oriented Quality
Solutions in Orlando. Working for 27 years in information
technology, he currently specializes in helping IT organizations
adapt and apply Six Sigma techniques and tools. He holds a
masters degree in education from Walden University, and is
certified by the American Society for Quality as a Six Sigma
Black Belt and Software Quality Engineer.
