Ms.
Leonard is the Deployment Leader for Six Sigma and Balanced
Scorecard Implementation for Global Real Estate Services with GMAC
Commercial Mortgage. She is also responsible for overseeing the Best
Practices group, which is responsible for monitoring industry
standards and making recommendations toward maintaining a “Best
Practices” approach to our servicing responsibilities.
Additionally, this group is responsible for administering the
Borrower Survey/Voice of the Customer process as well as documenting
training materials, providing operational and servicing system
training, and assisting in the transition of business processes on a
global basis.
Under
Ms. Leonard, the Performance Measurements group is responsible for
implementing Balanced Scorecard methodology linking business
targets, metrics, and process improvement initiatives/projects to
execution of strategic objectives, while the Six Sigma group
consists of full time staff dedicated to working on critical process
improvement initiatives.
Before
joining GMACCM, Ms. Leonard was a Principal with CapMark Services.
She has participated on several MBA committees in the past, was a
panelist on terrorism insurance issues, and participated in the MBA
lobbying efforts with the White House and Congress to get the first
TRIA legislation passed. Ms. Leonard has more than 20 years of
industry experience. She holds a B.S. degree in Psychology from St.
Joseph’s University, and holds Secondary Education and Paralegal
Certificates. |
