domain consensus standard, the 2006 Hurricane Preparedness
Standard, which is approved by the Miami - Dade County Police
Department Intergovernmental Bureau for use in southern Florida
for the 2006 hurricane season.

is no living human that has kept so many ASQ certifications for so
long. For the most number of ASQ certs, I was tied for first place
up till 2000 and moved up to undisputed first for a while starting
in 2003.
