Rick Dalrymple, a corporate insurance agent, will present the SIPOC concept of addressing claims:  Supplier (Insurance Carrier), Input, Process (Risk Manager / Broker), Output, Customers (Client/Insured).  What are the roles for each participant?

Tracy states "There is no living human that has kept so many ASQ certifications for so long.  For the most number of ASQ certs, I was tied for first place up till 2000 and moved up to undisputed first for a while starting in 2003.

Rick has been in the insurance industry since the age of 21. He has had experience

as an insurance company executive, Loss Prevention Consultant, and Claims Adjuster, all of

which laid an excellent foundation for his technical experience as a corporate insurance agent.

*Your local chapter subsidizes your cost of the dinner meeting.  Costs to attendees have not increased for several years.

Buffet dinner to be provided. 

 

There are several choices of entrees and sides along with great desserts.  The responses from attendees is "the meal is well worth the money", "best ever".  If you have special food needs contact the Chair or Vice-chair prior to the meeting.
