6:30 Networking, 7 pm dinner meeting

Dinner Meeting Topic

From MultiNational to Start-Up:  Lean Transformation for Any Business:

Companies all over the world are finally realizing the power of Lean and the ability to

transform any organization – large or small, high tech or low tech, manufacturing or service.

However, the basic Lean tools are not enough.  The integration of the “social” Lean tools and the

ability to engage the workforce at both the technical and personal level is where real value is created.

The presentation will cover how you can combine the necessary skills for maximum benefit, and will

include examples of real, tangible, measurable benefits.
