6:30 Networking, 7 pm dinner meeting

Dinner Meeting Topic

LeaderSHIFT© Passing The Torch. The thoughts that we have and the words that we use

create our reality. There are no exceptions. To create a system of work that will carry us

into the future we must start with these basics.

W. Edwards Deming, statistician AND a umanist had it right. His brilliant legacy,

Profound Knowledge (PK), covered it all. It was meant to be applied daily in our

workplaces to create better quality, stronger leadership and a sustainable future with

a workforce responsive to change. When all four components of PK are working

in unison, passion, commitment, accountability and most importantly relationships,

increase - the very ingredients required to improve innovation, productivity and profit.

Join us to look at external and internal factors that influence change and to revisit

 the brilliance of Dr. Deming.
