This is the sections annual meeting with the UCF Student Chapter. Come meet the future quality leaders.
Presentation :
“Integrating the
Capability Maturity Model with the Quality Management System”
Business must take
a systems view for maximum competitiveness. Two models for
excellence in organizational performance are the Capability
Maturity Model and the ISO Quality Management System. These
approaches have significant parallels that can be leveraged for
business success. Join two senior leaders of the American
Society for Quality who have successfully implemented these
techniques in multiple business settings.
This
should prove an interesting topic for anyone considering
implementing these quality systems.
