Lisa Callahan, Director, Executive Management Team
As Transformation Director for LM STS,
Ms. Callahan is leading the strategy and implementation of the
LM STS transformation to achieve the LM
STS 3x9 growth objective. She previously worked as the
Program Director where for the
Integrated Training Solutions (ITS), Ms. Callahan’s responsibilities
include
the Live, Virtual and Constructive
Training and the integration of Virtual, Live and Constructive
environments.
Her current program responsibilities
include Combat Leader Environment (CLE), Common Training
Instrumentation
Architecture (CTIA) program, the Combat
Training Center Objective Instrumentation System (CTC-OIS) program,
Multiple Integrated Laser Engagement
System (MILES), Warfighter’s Simulation (WARSIM),
One Semi-Automated Forces (OneSAF),
BC2T, SE CORE and related training
business, for the development of
integrated training opportunities within the US Army,
internationally, and in a
combined arms or Joint environment.
Before coming to Orlando, Ms. Callahan worked
and lived in Northern Virginia. She joined IBM Federal Systems
Company,
Manassas, VA, after graduating, as a
Systems Engineer. In Manassas, Ms. Callahan was responsible for the
development, integration and test of the
Combat Control Subsystem, for the AN/BSY-1 Submarine Combat System.
In 1992, Ms. Callahan became the
Engineering Manager for the Advanced Mine Detection System (AMDS)
and the
AN/BSY-1 Acoustic Subsystem. In
1986 Ms. Callahan graduated from Virginia Polytechnical I
institute and State University with a BS
in Electrical Engineering.
