Debra is Vice
President of the Enterprise Logistics Solutions (ELS) business area
of the
Lockheed Martin
Simulation, Training & Support Company headquartered in Orlando, FL.
ELS develops and
sustains logistics systems such as the F-35 Autonomic Logistics
Information
System (ALIS), USMC
Embedded Platform Logistics System (EPLS) and the UK Joint Asset
Management &
Engineering Solution (JAMES) in addition to Automated Test Equipment
headlined
by the LM-STAR® and
Support Equipment Programs. Prior to assuming her current position,
Debra held leadership
positions of progressive responsibility in the areas of Business
Development,
Program Management,
Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Data Center Service Center
Operations. She has
a wide breadth of experience working both defense and commercial
businesses.
Debra joined Lockheed
Martin in 1998 as a PM for the Warfighters’ Simulation (WARSIM)
program before her
promotion to Director of Constructive Simulation programs,
Biometrics and
Targetry programs,
and then as Vice President, Business Development and Advanced
Programs.
She was promoted into
her current job in July 2006.
Debra previously
worked for United Technologies Corporation responsible for Large
Centrifugal
Manufacturing
Operations, GE-Power Systems Small Steam Turbines, and GE-Aerospace
primarily
in classified systems
development and operations. Debra has also served as an Ordnance
Officer
in the U.S. Army
prior to entering industry.
A 1975 graduate of
Albany
State
University, she has BS degrees in Chemistry and Biology.
In 1998, she
graduated with an MBA from the Simon Business School, University of
Rochester.
Debra, and her husband Gary, have two grown sons and
currently reside in
Sanford, FL.
