Meeting: Covey 4 Disciplines of Execution

Results are the by-product of two variables: strategy and execution. The 4 Disciplines of Execution is a process which creates clarity, predictability, visibility, engagement and accountability around execution.

Many of the world’s most respected organizations are using the 4 Disciplines of Execution to revolutionize the way they do business.  It is a simple, systematic way for leaders of teams or organizations to:

·        Deliver tangible, predictable, business results

·        Maintain true visibility and associate engagement

·        Ensure a cadence of accountability

Economy-related challenges have forced most organizations to adjust strategies, modify goals and shift workloads. In most cases, leaders and employees at all levels are now doing more work with fewer resources. The 4 Disciplines provides practical tools and a proven process to reliably execute on what’s ‘Wildly Important’ – even in the midst of the whirlwind of distractions and turmoil that exists in today’s business climate.

Presentation Description: The product quality index is a risk-based metric developed to align the metric analysis approach with the organizational structure, quality policy and risk-based models to support insight into when and where action needs to be taken. This approach allows for sensitivity to the metric criticality, not the amount of metrics.

Learning Outcomes: Attendees will learn a proven approach to develop a risk-based, scalable metric that aligns an organizational structure with the areas of importance to the organization.
