Description
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain and continuously improve a Quality System which assures the
delivery of products and services which
meet or exceed customer expectations on-time, every-time. The

5. Ensure that total customer satisfaction is the first priority of all
employees by working closely with the
management team and through personal leadership skills.
6. Work closely with the management team using personal leadership
skills to provide the management team with
information on the status of product quality, customer
satisfaction, opportunities for quality improvement, cost
reduction, process simplification and the capability of the
Quality System.
7. Ensure timely completion of all in-process and final product testing
and dispositions. Define all product
specifications. Oversee special projects in QA such as
qualification testing, validation testing, and stability
studies.
8. Support site quality initiatives such as quality training.
9. Prepare and maintain worldwide submissions including 510(k)s, PMAs,
CE Mark Technical Files, for the product
in partnership with distributors.
10. Handle any and all regulatory reporting needs.
11. Be responsible for all FDA and ISO audits.
12. Support Marketing with regulatory strategy.
13. Manage the quality and regulatory staff and departmental resource
needs.
Requirements
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
BS/MS. An advanced degree is preferred. Seven plus (7+) years in the
medical device industry, including management experience, is required.
SKILLS:
1. Strong communicator inside and outside of company.
2. Strong regulatory experience and awareness in U.S.
3. Strong technical background in chemistry and/or biotechnology
4. Strong leadership skills
5. Vast experience with 510(k) submissions and strategy. IVD submissions
preferable.

Job Description: Perform incoming and in-process inspection of

assembly drawings. Inspect various mechanical parts, mechanical

calibration, dimensional specifications, tolerances, operation, and
workmanship. Support in-process and completed electronic inspection of
electro-mechanical assemblies in accordance to engineering assembly
drawings and manufacturing work instructions, including wiring,
soldering, and connections. Review PCBs and CCAs for workmanship. Read
drawings and diagrams using judgment and discretion in determining the
workability of various inspected assemblies.
REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
Education/Experience:
High school diploma.
